Welcome to NeuroFlow — a space created for people who are tired of pretending they're fine, allergic to shallow motivation quotes, and curious about the patterns beneath their patterns.
NeuroFlow — where science meets softness.
I believe healing, growth and self-awareness don't have to be clinical, cold or intimidating. They can be real, warm, honest... And yes, sometimes funny. Because if we can't laugh occasionally while unpacking life, are we even doing it right?
I didn't wake up one day and decide to work with minds, emotions and behaviour because it sounded impressive. I do this work because I've lived it. I've seen how unspoken emotions shape our bodies, how survival modes become personalities, and how people learn to function — not flourish — because no one ever taught them another way. Most of us were never taught how to be — only how to function.
NeuroFlow exists because too many people are carrying stories they never chose, patterns they don't understand, and pain they minimise by saying: "It's not that bad." (It usually is.) I've seen what happens when emotions are ignored, rushed, suppressed or intellectualized into oblivion.
I've watched strong people fall apart quietly. I've seen sensitive people told they're "too much". I've met intelligent minds completely disconnected from their bodies and hearts. And I've learned — sometimes the hard way — that healing doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down, feeling safety and reconnecting gently.
I do this work because I believe:
• Emotions are not weakness
• Calm is powerful
• Self-awareness changes everything
• No one should have to heal alone
Also... Because pretending we're fine is exhausting.

Credentials:
International Master’s (Neuropsychology & Neuroeducation) · NLP Master Practitioner
Hi, I’m Elizabeth Goussard —
a neuro‑informed wellness practitioner devoted to whole‑person healing that honours the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system.
My work is rooted in both science and lived experience. I hold an International Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and Neuroeducation, and I am a Master Practitioner in Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP). My background in child development, colour therapy, emotional regulation, and nervous system‑based approaches allows me to work gently yet deeply with the inner world — where real, lasting change begins.
What sets my work apart is not just what I’ve studied, but how I integrate it. I don’t believe in fixing people — I believe in helping them reconnect with their own inner intelligence. Whether I’m working with adults, parents, or children, my focus is always on safety, self‑understanding, resilience, and integration rather than pressure or performance.
I work with individuals and groups through:
• Online counselling
• In‑person workshops
• Talks and conferences
My intention is simple yet profound: to support people in understanding their minds, honouring their emotions, and building lives that feel grounded, regulated, and aligned — from the inside out.
• Safety, consent, and dignity for both clients and horses
• Nervous-system informed care at the pace of trust
• Authentic presence, compassion, and creativity
• Ethical practice and transparent communication
